Are vendors allowed to shop the presale events?
All Indoor Avenue Vendors are issued 2 complimentary presale passes to our Consignor Presale, which is posted on our Events Calendar.
When and how are vendors able to select their spaces on the sales floor?
Once vendors register, they will be sent an email reminder that gives them the specific date and times that they can arrive to select their vendor spaces on the sales floor. Vendor spaces are selected by each vendor on a first-come, first-served basis.
If I—as a vendor—see an item on the sales floor that I would like to purchase, can I hold it at my vendor booth or must I immediately purchase it (thereby leaving my booth unattended)?
Beginning with the Consignor Presale, Vendors are welcome to shop during our sale hours; however, ALL items on 'hold' at either the vendor tables or in our hold section must be paid for by the end of that day.
What if I forgot to get my VIP gift bag items to you before the deadline?
Once we have packed the VIP items into the gift bags, we are unable to re-pack with any items received after the deadline.
Must I be present all days of the sale event if I am an Indoor Avenue Vendor?
No, you do not have to be present each day. You may come and go as your schedule allows.
