FAQs

Do I keep the same Consignor Account Number for each Sale?

Yes, but please remember you must activate it before each sale by setting up a drop off time.

What if I misplace my Consignor Presale Pass?

Our Ticket Station Manager will issue you a duplicate pass. Our Ticket Station, located at the entrance of the Sales floor, opens 15 minutes prior to each presale.

Who can be my shopping assistant for the presale?

Consignors can bring one relative  (spouse, mother, mother in-law, etc.) to be his/her shopping assistant.  We ask that our consignors only bring an assistant who understands that their purpose is to assist the consignor with the consignor’s personal purchases - not for the assistant to shop for him/herself.  Shopping Assistant passes are issued at the Ticket Station 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the Consignor Presale. 

Can I bring my children to the presale?

Yes. Children are invited to all aspects of our sale (except during any helper shifts), but for their safety, we do ask that they remain with you at all times.

Is it really important for me to advertise using the promotional materials such as flyers, road signs, social media, etc.? 

Yes.  Word of mouth is our most effective form of advertisement and by advertising our sale, you are helping sell your items.  The more people that come to the sale the more chances your items might be sold.

What if I need to request a change in who is going to pick up my unsold items and/or check on my pick-up information form?

We will be glad to make this change if we receive an email by 6pm the evening before pick up of this change.

What is Overstock Drop-off and Secondary Drop-off?

Consignors who choose an overstock drop-off appointment for our Overstock drop-off understands that those items will be placed in Overstock.  Overstock drop-off items are placed on the sales floor as quickly as we have room as the Sale progresses.  Some items are immediately taken to the sales floor and others have to be kept for overstock.  We do guarantee that all items will be placed on the sales floor sometime during the sale & usually are placed on the sales floor within a couple of days.  Secondary drop-off items immediately go on the sales floor, but this drop-off time occurs AFTER our sale has begun.
