New Tagging Methods

For Every Season now accepts both hand-written and bar-coded computer generated tags from TagItLite at NO cost to our consignors! For more information on generating TagItLite tags using For Every Season’s tag specifications, please go to the CONSIGNMENT tab on home page, click onto #2 Tagging Instructions, and then scroll down to “Computer Generated Tags Using TagItLite”.

Vendors

Vendors who do both the Outdoor Vendor Avenue and the VIP receive space on our community interest board FREE to promote their business — just provide us with a 8 ½ x 11 flyer.

VCR Tapes

We no longer accept VCR tapes.

New 6-Hour Helper Shifts Available

Our survey confirmed a large majority of our helpers would like the opportunity to work an additional 3 hours for even earlier shopping privileges. These shifts are limited, and registration will begin one month prior to each sale. Our 6-hour helpers will begin shopping one hour earlier than our 3-hour helpers on helper sale day.

Account Numbers

Although not a new policy, we would like to remind you to please not allow anyone to consign items under your account number, so that we are able to maintain your satisfaction as a registered consignor by having adequate floor space to properly merchandise your items.

Can Food Drive
We will be collecting canned goods throughout our sale to go to local food banks. Anytime during our sale you may bring a non-perishable item for the hungry.

How to Attach Price Card to clothing garments
Please hole-punch a hole in the center top of the price card. Safety pin the index card through that hole to the garment making only one hole in the garment and the card. Your safety pin will be vertical (up and down). We will remove entire card at time of purchase to make our check out time more efficient as we grow.

How to attach price cards to bagged items
When consigning items that will fit in a plastic ziploc bag, please place your price card INSIDE the bag so that it can still be read through the plastic instead of stapling on the outside. This is to help your card stay with your item more securely.

As an optional suggestion, you may place a piece of masking tape on clothes, shoes, and other items with your account number written on it so that in the event your card becomes separated from your item, we can identify who it belongs to.
